Collaborate directly with Sydney to turn your vision into reality. We offer many designs that can be personalized to fit your style and budget, so don’t hesitate to reach out with special order requests like birthstone jewelry or wedding bands. When that's not enough, we can design a truly bespoke piece that speaks to your soul.
The Creative Process
Consultation: Share your ideas with Sydney via phone call or email. This can be anything from inspirational pictures to a detailed description of your vision.
Design: Collaborate on a design that captures your individuality – we’ll start with a sketch to make sure we’re on the same page about your style. Once you're confident in our creative direction, we transition into the digital design phase where you see a 3D rendering of your piece and can make minor adjustments as needed.
Creation: Watch your dream heirloom come to life! Once you’re ready to proceed, we ask for half down. Our jewelers want to guarantee your new piece is heirloom quality and can withstand the test of time, so production will take about 3-4 weeks. Once your stunning new piece is ready, we require the remaining balance to be paid before shipping.

Heirloom Stones
We also offer the option to use heirloom stones for your custom jewelry. We ask that you first have your piece(s) of jewelry or loose stone(s) appraised. From there we will provide you with a 2-day shipping label for a small fee of $25. This ensures you have peace of mind knowing that your precious heirlooms are insured for their full value. Once your new personalized piece is created, we provide free, insured shipping back to you along with any extra materials that weren’t utilized in your design.
